This brussel sprouts/cabbage slaw will come as a fall refresh to our broccoli-kohlrabi slaw of spring and summer. We included some sweet seasonal elements: mutsu apples, cider plumped golden raisins, toasted pumpkin seeds, and grainy mustard. This combined with some traditional Nan's elements: toasted garbanzo beans, honey, lemon and shaved organic green cabbage and brussel sprouts.
