Welcome Back to the Nansletter

Happy Tuesday, everyone! This week will be just a good, old fashioned round up of all of our favorite things! We've got some snacks, a fall drink favorite and an update on all things Nan's. Also, question: has anyone else started listening to holiday music? (*quietly raises hand*) We're definitely looking forward to what's to come in the next few weeks and months. So, let's dive in!

Feel Good Foods: 3 Cheese Mac & Cheese Bites

Feel Good Foods' Mac and Cheese Bites

Feel Good Foods is one of our favorites. They were founded by a husband and wife team (professional chef husband and restaurateur/gluten free wife) who wanted to make truly delicious food accessible to people with allergies. Every product is gluten free and made on nut-free facilities. However, they are still absolutely delicious and decadent. One of our favorites are these three cheese mac & cheese bites (dipped in ranch, obviously.) On the outside is a crisp, crunchy crust. The inside contains luscious mac and cheese made with yellow cheddar, mozzarella and parmesan. This is not your average mac and cheese. They're a great appetizer or secret late night snack- we won't tell if you eat the whole package.

Undercover Crispy Quinoa Snacks

Undercover Quinoa Snacks

Undercover was created by a chocolate loving mom who wanted to make snacks that her gluten free daughters could enjoy with their friends! It started with a small business creating treats for company holiday parties, catering and more and quickly grew to a larger scale. Now, Undercover is a family operation run out of a Kosher, Big 10 allergen free factory (except for dairy, unfortunately). Their delicious snacks are the best part, though. The chocolate is rich, decadent, but not too heavy on top of crunchy and light puffed quinoa. Some have elements of pomegranate and blueberry if you don't want just chocolate, but make no mistake...you'll still want to finish the bag in one sitting.

Featured Menu Items

Turkey Melt

This is the classic New England sandwich of our dreams. Stumble in to the barn on a cold afternoon and order our turkey melt: layered with shaved turkey, local apples, sharp white cheddar, tangy grainy mustard, and thick cut bacon. Pressed between two slices of Nashoba Brook rye sourdough and pressed into a perfect melt for that all-encompassing bite. Sweet, savory, tangy and salty- everything that you could want in a sandwich to warm you up for the inside out. We love to pair this with a pumpkin pie latte (made with organic pumpkin puree, condensed milk for richness and aromatic spices.) Allll the autumnal vibes!
