Welcome Back to the Nansletter

Happy Holidays, y'all! It's the most wonderful time of the year. This is week TWO of our gift guide series- this week we're tackling the teen or college kid in your life! This week we're also introducing a new segment: From the Chef's Desk! Jordan will occasionally be sharing recipes and cooking tips with us, and it's only for our Nansletter squad. So, let's dive in!

Nan’s Gift Guide: For The Gen Z in your Life!

Our second installment of the Nan's gift guide is for that teenager or college kid on your list who you have no idea what to buy. You don't want to just get them a gift card, but you're struggling with ideas to get past their Gen Z, TikTok-obsessed filter. The gifts we've chosen are super unique and thoughtful- you'll make their holiday break!

DIY Kits

Our gifting philosophy here at Nan's is "when in doubt, go with a DIY kit!" These are crowd pleasers because everyone loves the sense of accomplishment after making something delicious for themselves. We have a whole section of them in the barn, but our two favorites are the rainbow bagel making kit and the hard cider making kit! These gifts double as experiences for you to do with that person, which are always better than material items!

The Botanary Plants

Plants from The Botanary

Apparently, plants are all the rage right now. Not only that, but a beautiful plant to brighten up your loved one's space is such a good gift- especially for the young person in your life who is just gaining independence and truly owning their space! Our section in collaboration with The Botanary is the perfect spot to find the plant to match the person. There's plants ranging in price and size, complete with all the accessories needed for them to thrive in any environment. Imagine one of these gorgeous plant babies living on a dorm room windowsill. Plants are a good gift because people don't always buy them for themselves, so you'll be a star gift giver if you put one of these under the tree! Plus, we have plenty of low-maintenance options so no matter their level of dedication to plant parenting, the plant will be a bright spot in the space for a long time to come.

Sariblue Jewelry

Sariblue Bracelets

Jewelry is always a safe option, and Sari blue has tons of choices for the Gen Z'er on your list. These pieces are handmade right here in Stow, MA and the beads are made exclusively for SariBlue in Turkey. This gift also comes with a story: The Evil Eye is featured on every piece and are meant to protect the receivers of the gifted jewelry from the ill intentions of others. Not only is this a meaningful gift, it's also beautiful- and chunky colorful jewelry is trending right now!
