Solid Sunshine Sherbet:
There's nothing like working with friends to create magic. We collaborated with Erikson's in Maynard, MA (just down the street!) to transform our housemade, from-scratch, too-good-to-be-true Liquid Sunshine (for our Nan's newbies- that's lemonade) into a sherbet. It's called Solid Sunshine: creative, we know. This sherbet will turn anyone's frown upside down and put a little pep in your step. It's sweet, bright, and creamy with a little bit of zing from that fresh lemon. We recommend eating it plain, but it would sure taste good with some whipped cream and pound cake.
